Corresponding Chromium Issue: http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=42654 Skia now has an option for rendering higher quality blurs. The option needs to be turned on in the skia integration layer in WebKit.

A patch that resolves this bug was submitted for review against bug 55506
