WPT.fyi shows a failure for https://wpt.fyi/results/scroll-animations/scroll-timelines/animation-with-transform.html. This test passes in our testing infrastructure. It seems there's an issue with the scrollbar being displayed when it shouldn't, or the other way around.

Actually, after bug 307805, it fails in our test infrastructure as well.
